The Jet.AI Share Ownership program is operated under FAR Part 135 by U.S. air carrier Great Western Air, LLC. *Additional program terms and conditions apply. Prospective customers should consult with their sales director or contracts team. Travel on peak days will incur an hourly surcharge and 120 hr. callout notice is required for peak and high demand day travel. Taxes and other applicable fees, including travel outside the primary service area are not included in the hourly rate and will be deducted from the account balance as flown. Operational flexibility is required for International travel to and from the U.S. FCA is updated monthly based on current fuel rates and all pricing is in U.S dollars. Pricing and service levels are subject to change. The Jet.AI CHARTER CARD jet card program and Jet.AI APP flights are programs of Jet.AI, Inc, as an “air charter broker” under DOT regulations, to contract for transportation services with a FAR Part 135 direct air carrier that operates and exorcise full operational control over those flights that meet all FAA or comparable foreign safety standards and additional safety standards established by Jet.AI.
